We aim to provide you an efficient route to compliance using practical solutions, with a full understanding of your business needs as the clock runs down on The Code for Sustainable Homes.

For the legacy years of The Code, we offer a service targeted at helping you meet your commitments:

• as you start work on sites 'permissioned' under The Code.
• as you start new phases of work on existing Code sites.
• as you build-out units on sites that have already commenced under The Code.
• as you 'transition' from Code-compliance to other approaches to sustainable construction.

BREEAM:

We're also happy to provide an assessment service for mixed-use developments and housing sites with elements of non-residential building use, including:

• pre-planning consultancy advice - to help you form an appropriate strategy for BREEAM
• design stage assessments - by attending your project meetings and providing regular progress updates, our team ensures compliance is achieved in a timely manner
• post-construction stage assessment - all of our assessors have on site experience, will provide advice on key areas to focus on and can guide you through achieving final certification.
